About FWD Dynamics

FWD Dynamics builds software that helps early-stage founders know their numbers and report them with confidence.

Our product, FWD Atrium, is for pre-seed to Series A founders who handle their own finances. Most of them track cash in a spreadsheet and lose an evening every month rebuilding the same numbers for investors. Atrium replaces that routine.

How it works

1. Connect your bank. Atrium connects through Plaid with read-only access to your account balances and transactions. It never sees your full account or routing numbers. Your bank login goes to Plaid and is never seen or stored by us. Two-factor authentication is required first, and you can disconnect anytime.
2. See your runway. Cash, monthly burn and runway in one view, with a plain-language note on what changed against the previous 30 days.
3. Send the update. Atrium drafts your monthly investor update for you to review. Code writes every figure, so nothing is invented. You can also share a read-only snapshot link with an investor and revoke it anytime.
4. Keep a record. Log a decision, what you expect from it, and when to check. Atrium locks your expectation and emails you when that date arrives, with your runway then and now.

Built for a raise

Investor money isn't revenue. Atrium holds large deposits, like a SAFE, for you to classify, so a raise doesn't make your company look profitable. Numbers synced from your bank can't be edited in the app, and every shared figure shows the date its data is as of.

What we believe

Numbers should be traceable. Simple beats complete. By default, nothing goes to an investor until you've reviewed it.

Where we are

FWD Atrium is live, and we're onboarding our first founders. It costs $39 a month. Today it supports US dollar accounts.
